CETIN Serbia is a provider of fixed and mobile infrastructure services to telco operators, internet service providers and other companies in the Serbian and regional market and was founded in 2020 after undergoing a legal separation from Telenor Serbia
POSITION OVERVIEW:
• Drafting,reviewing,negotiating contracts with customers ,suppliers,contractors and subcontractors
• Legal support to all areas with a company (providing legal expertise, opinions, analyses, participating in tender processes, audits, etc.)
• Monitoring, updating, improving, drafting Company policies (procedures, manuals, etc.), status and legal documentation, considering compliance with regulations, Group policies and adopted international industry standards.
• Providing legal support in the projects.
• Following relevant legislation and industry and court practice in all legal areas and ensures the Company’s legal compliance with applicable regulations.
• Legal presentation in court and administrative proceedings that have an impact on the Company’s rights, obligations, and reputation.
• Drafting and reviewing company’s legal documents (decision, memorandums, protocols etc…)
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Law
• Bar Exam
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferred in law office or telco companies.
• Excellent understanding of telco regulations, commercial and construction laws and its practical applications in a business environment
• Possessing a background in corporate law matters
• Working with integrity and responsibility
• Capable of working under pressure
• Telecoms and IT experience is an advantage.
• Fully fluent, both written and verbal, in English, that includes the ability to draft and amend complex legal documents.
• Result-oriented, flexible, and a team player
• Having strong business and legal writing skills
• Showing a high level of self-motivation, proactivity, and commitment to results
