Your tasks
Lead and improve the plant-specific strategy while targeting improvement opportunities
Serve as mentor to train and coach lean personnel for further development of lean methodology based on standardized trainings
Track, analyze and evaluate plant performance and result achievement
Perform improvement activities and facilitate BPS (Brose Productivity System) Assessments / audits within the plant
Enhance good practice sharing and toolbox of lean methods within the plant and regional network
Lead plant improvement activities, cost reduction and/or efficiency optimization projects
Analyze value streams in both concept designs and series production
Your Profile
Bachelor studies in the field of technical sciences
Minimum 4 years of experience on similar positions
Founded Knowledge in 5S, Value Stream Map, SMED, OEE, MTM, TWI, KVP, TPS
Moderation Skills
Fluent English language skills
